《六十年学拳讲习录:洪均生与蒋家骏两代人的太极之路》内容丰富，理法翔实，图文并茂，不乏新鲜见解，确系一部太极拳理法力作，不仅适用于初学太极拳者及太极拳爱好者，更适用于有一定基础，但需在理论上、拳术上提高者，可作为太极拳学习、提高的参考读物。
蒋家骏，中国当代著名武学家、实战家，太极拳名家。中央电视台《武林大会》太极拳总指导；徐州市陈式太极拳研究会名誉会长。
蒋家骏先生生于1942年，曾受教于陈照丕先生、陈金整先生、洪均生先生、陈豫侠先生四位名师。全面系统地学习了陈式拳法，集陈式拳老架、小架、新架于一身。自1983年至2008年间多次参赛并获奖，后又受邀讲学、担任裁判，其间在2007年10月，受中央电视台“武林大会》邀请，作为太极拳专家顾问，之后又受中央电视台之邀担任“武林大会陈式太极拳训练营”的总教练和技术指导。2008年初，在中央电视台“武林大会陈式太极拳擂台赛”上又担任“陈式太极拳专家评委”、“说武论技”和“专家点评”等多项职位。
蒋家骏先生著有《陈式太极单刀图说》、《陈式太极拳技艺法门》，《陈式洪架太极拳法传真》、《太极拳师门对话录》、《六十年学拳讲习录》、《洪均生陈式太极拳》、《蒋家骏太极拳文集》等。在《武林》杂志、《中国功夫》等杂志连续发表有关太极拳械理论文章约四十佘万字，其中代表作有《拳经总歌臆解》、《王宗岳<太极拳论>答问》、《太极拳武术属性研究》、《陈式太极拳行功走架打手要求》，《陈式大枪释密》、《陈式粘剑技艺法门》等。
Sixty Years of Boxing Teaching Record: The Path of Tai Chi between Hong Junsheng and Jiang Jiajun is a book published by the People’s Military Medical Publishing House on August 1, 2010. The author is Jiang Jiajun.

The Lecture Record of Six Decades of Boxing Learning: The Way of Tai Chi of Hong Junsheng and Jiang Jiajun’s Two Generations is rich in content, detailed in theory and method, rich in pictures and texts, and no lack of fresh ideas. It is really a book of principles and skills of Tai Chi, not only for beginners and fans of Tai Chi, but also for those who have a certain foundation but need to improve in theory and boxing skills. Jiang Jiajun is a renowned contemporary Chinese martial artist, practitioner, and Tai Chi master. General Director of Tai Chi for CCTV’s “Martial Arts Conference”; Honorary President of Xuzhou Chen Style Taijiquan Research Association.

Mr. Jiang Jiajun, born in 1942, was educated by four famous teachers, Mr. Chen Zhaopi, Mr. Chen Jinzheng, Mr. Hong Junsheng and Mr. Chen Yuxia. I have comprehensively and systematically studied Chen style boxing techniques, integrating old, small, and new styles of Chen style boxing. From 1983 to 2008, he participated in multiple competitions and won awards. Later, he was invited to give lectures and serve as a referee. During this time, in October 2007, he was invited by CCTV’s “Wulin Conference” as a Tai Chi expert consultant. Later, he was invited by CCTV to serve as the head coach and technical guidance of the “Chen style Tai Chi Training Camp” at the Wulin Conference. At the beginning of 2008, he also held multiple positions such as “Chen style Tai Chi expert judge”, “discussing martial arts skills”, and “expert commentator” at the “Chen style Tai Chi Challenge Arena of the Wulin Conference” on CCTV.

Mr. Jiang Jiajun has written “Chen Style Tai Chi Single Sabre Illustration”, “Chen Style Tai Chi Skills and Methods”, “Chen Style Hongjia Tai Chi Boxing Fax”, “Tai Chi Boxing Master Dialogue”, “Sixty Years of Boxing Teaching Record”, “Hong Junsheng Chen Style Tai Chi Boxing”, “Jiang Jiajun Tai Chi Boxing Collection” and so on. In the Wulin magazine, Chinese Kung Fu and other magazines, he has published about 40 million words of articles on the theory of Taijiquan weapons, among which the representative works are “Interpretation of the General Song of Boxing Classics”, “Wang Zongyue’s Answers to Taijiquan Theory”, “Research on the attributes of Taijiquan”, “Requirements for Chen style Taijiquan walking and fighting fighters”, “Interpretation of Chen style rifles”, “Chen style sticking sword techniques” and so on.
