《阴阳八卦掌·狮形掌》是2000年人民体育出版社出版的图书，作者是田克延。
这本《阴阳八卦掌:狮形掌》本应由先父回回写完，此《序》自然也应由他来作，可是他已于1994年4月24日仙逝。我在悲恸之中秉承其遗志，勉力为之，并完成了这本<狮形掌)，以献读者。
阴阳八卦掌包括蟒形、狮形、虎形、熊形、蛇形、马形、猴形、鹏形，共八形。每形为一卦掌，八形为八盘掌。一卦掌也叫一盘掌，分八势掌。一势掌又分三成手掌，一成手掌由多手掌法组成，总计一百九十二成手掌。八形不同，成手掌法不重，各形有各形的掌势、手法、招术和套路，动作不同，练习方法也各异，各有其道(详见田回：(阴阳八卦掌·蟒形掌》一书的《上篇·总论》，人民体育出版社，1990年9月，第1版)。
我生于武术世家，所习阴阳八卦掌，乃明末清初四川峨嵋山与青城山一带的碧云、静云二位道人所传，距今已三百余年，传至先父为第九代。至今在云南省蒙自县还流传着阴阳八卦掌第六代传人田富清(道号道清道人)的许多故事，据该县武术协会第一任主席、30年代的老共产党员郝安国同志回忆：“当年有关道清道人的庙宇、史物，都亲眼见过。”
The book “Yin Yang Bagua Palm – Lion shaped Palm” was published by the People’s Sports Publishing House in 2000, and the author is Tian Keyan.

This book “Yin Yang Eight Trigrams Palm: Lion shaped Palm” should have been written by my father, and this “Preface” should also have been written by him. However, he passed away on April 24, 1994. In my grief, I adhered to his will, worked hard to fulfill it, and completed this book “Lion shaped Palm” to present to the readers.

The Yin Yang Eight Trigrams Palm includes eight shapes: python shaped, lion shaped, tiger shaped, bear shaped, snake shaped, horse shaped, monkey shaped, and peng shaped. Each shape is a hexagram palm, and the eight shapes are eight plate palms. One hexagram palm, also known as one plate palm, is divided into eight potential palms. The Yishi palm is divided into three parts, and the Yishi palm is composed of multiple palm techniques, totaling 192% of the palm. The eight forms are different, and the hand forming palm technique is not heavy. Each form has its own palm posture, techniques, moves, and routines, and the movements are different. The practice methods are also different, and each has its own way (see Tian Hui: “Part 1: General Introduction” in the book “Yin Yang Eight Trigrams Palm Python Shape Palm”, People’s Sports Publishing House, September 1990, 1st edition).

Born in a martial arts family, I learned Yin Yang Bagua Palm, which was passed down by two Taoists, Biyun and Jingyun, from Mount Emei and Qingcheng Mountain in Sichuan in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. It has been more than 300 years since then, and my father is the ninth generation. Many stories of Tian Fuqing, the sixth generation descendant of the Yin Yang Bagua Palm (also known as Daoqing Taoist), are still circulating in Mengzi County, Yunnan Province to this day.
