国家武术段位制八段。生于武术世家，父亲是石头拳门大师神手唐殿卿弟子。自小酷爱武术、书、画、篆刻诸艺；8岁家传习武，始从父亲慎文先生学武术基本功，少林拳艺。
1946年在安徽芜湖拜沙国政先生为师，学形意拳、八卦掌、太极拳和通背拳诸艺：并得师祖姜容樵先生之亲传。1947-1949年任中央国术馆、芜湖分馆武术助教。
1950年拜河南新蔡县胡季武（阳春）先生为师，学陈氏老架太极拳（功架）等。
1952年在武汉得祁殿臣先生之传授，深造形意拳和孙氏太极拳。20世纪70年代初，在北京得韩兰宇先生传五子连环太极拳；同年、更得北京八卦掌名家李子鸣先生亲传梁振甫式八卦掌、八卦直趟六十四掌和八卦掌系列的多种奇门兵械。半个世纪多以来，活动于国内、外之武术园地，培养了许多武术干才。多次参加省级、全国性、国际性武术运动会的裁判工作。曾任九江市武术协会主席，现任江西省武术协会委员、江西省太极拳协会副主席、中国武当山武当拳法研究会顾问、沙国政武术馆副馆长、香港中国传统内家拳学会名誉会长兼总教练、香港曼硕太极拳研艺社永远名誉社长及顾问。
六十余年来对武术的酷爱执着，锐意研求、实践，精益求精，对形意拳、八卦掌、太极拳和通背拳诸拳艺有着精深的掌握，在传承笃行武学的同时，致力于武术理论、武术力学、武术健身学等研究。在国内、外杂志上发表过多篇武术论文，同时，从事整理、编绘、撰着有十五种传统武术著作。
凡武史经历，武德修养，理论水平，武术操练，实践程度和武艺功夫，贡献业绩等诸方面，都具有一定的较好修为。武术简历被收入有关武术《名典》、《传记》中。

The national martial arts rank system has eight sections. Born into a martial arts family, his father was a disciple of Tang Dianqing, the master of the Stone Fist Sect. I have been passionate about martial arts, calligraphy, painting, and seal cutting since childhood; At the age of 8, he started practicing martial arts from his father, Mr. Shen Wen, and learned the basic skills of Shaolin boxing.

In 1946, he became a teacher at Baisha Guozheng in Wuhu, Anhui, and learned various skills such as Xingyi Fist, Bagua Palm, Tai Chi Fist, and Tongbei Fist. He was also passed down by his ancestor, Mr. Jiang Rongqiao. From 1947 to 1949, he served as a martial arts assistant at the Central Chinese Martial Arts Museum and Wuhu Branch.

In 1950, he became a teacher under Mr. Hu Jiwu (Yangchun) from Xincai County, Henan Province, and studied Chen’s Laojia Tai Chi (martial arts).

In 1952, he was taught by Mr. Qi Dianchen in Wuhan and further studied Xingyi Boxing and Sun’s Tai Chi Boxing. In the early 1970s, Mr. Han Lanyu passed on the Wuzi Lianhuan Tai Chi in Beijing; In the same year, Mr. Li Ziming, a renowned Beijing Bagua palm master, personally passed down various unique weapons from the Liang Zhenfu style Bagua palm, Bagua Direct Pass 64 palm, and Bagua palm series. For over half a century, I have been active in martial arts parks both domestically and internationally, cultivating many martial arts talents. Participated in the referee work of provincial, national, and international martial arts games multiple times. Formerly served as the Chairman of the Jiujiang Martial Arts Association, currently serves as a member of the Jiangxi Martial Arts Association, Vice Chairman of the Jiangxi Taijiquan Association, Advisor to the China Wudang Mountain Wudang Fist Research Association, Deputy Curator of the Sha Guozheng Martial Arts Museum, Honorary President and Head Coach of the Hong Kong Chinese Traditional Neijia Fist Association, and Eternal Honorary President and Advisor of the Hong Kong Manshuo Taijiquan Research Society.

For over 60 years, I have been passionate and persistent about martial arts, striving for excellence through research and practice. I have a profound grasp of various martial arts techniques such as Xingyi Fist, Bagua Palm, Tai Chi Fist, and Tongbei Fist. While inheriting and practicing martial arts, I am committed to researching martial arts theory, mechanics, and fitness. I have published multiple martial arts papers in domestic and foreign magazines, and at the same time, I am engaged in organizing, compiling, and writing fifteen traditional martial arts works.

All aspects of martial arts history, martial arts ethics cultivation, theoretical level, martial arts practice, practical level, martial arts skills, contribution performance, etc., all have a certain level of good cultivation. The martial arts resume has been included in the martial arts “Classic” and “Biography”.
