《八卦掌答疑》是2005年人民体育出版社出版的图书，作者是张全亮。
八卦掌是传统武术的优秀拳种，其拳经、歌诀充分体现了传统文化的内涵和神韵。对今人而言，总感在眼前却又有一层神秘面纱相隔，而不得见其神采奕奕的面孔。《八卦掌答疑》一书从古老的易经之理，到现代科学知识，从传统医学及现代医学等诸多方面进行解说。从初习者的手、眼、身法、步，到中、高层阶段的难关重点都一一进行了细解。从习武、修德及延年益寿等等方面都尽其所知认真作了释义。充分显示了张全亮先生高深的功夫、渊博的知识及深厚的修养。

张全亮，男，1941年10月出生，北京大兴人，回族，高级政工师，北京大兴建筑工程总公司党委书记，区人大常委会委员。又系北京市气功协会会员、市八卦掌研究会常务、市武协委员、市吴式太极拳研究会常务副会长、中国艺术研究院东方人体文化研究中心特约研究员、市武术文史理论研究会特约研究员、中国孙膑拳海峡两岸交流协会常务理事、大兴区武术气功协会主席、日本八卦掌研究会顾问、中国医疗保健国际交流促进会医疗养生康复专业委员会委员、北京市海内外体育工作者联谊会会员、香港世界生命科学研究总会客座教授、香港国际炎黄文化研究会员、美国中医药太极拳国术研究院研究教授、《当代中国人才库》名誉主编。
在部队服役期间曾多次受奖立功，1968年在地方工作以来，曾连续五年被评为大兴县和北京市先进个人。因工作成绩突出，1970年5月20日在天安门城楼和其他先进人物一起受到毛泽东主席亲切接见。

Zhang Quanliang, male, born in October 1941 in Daxing, Beijing, is a Hui ethnic group and a senior political engineer. He is the Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Daxing Construction Engineering Corporation and a member of the Standing Committee of the District People’s Congress. He is also a member of the Beijing Qigong Association, a standing member of the Beijing Baguazhang Research Association, a member of the Beijing Wushu Association, a standing vice president of the Beijing Wu Style Taijiquan Research Association, a special researcher of the Oriental Human Body Culture Research Center of the Chinese National Academy of Arts, a special researcher of the Beijing Wushu Literature and History Theory Research Association, a standing director of the Sun Bin Quan Cross Strait Exchange Association of China, a chairman of the Daxing District Wushu Qigong Association, and a consultant of the Japan Baguazhang Research Association Member of the Medical Health and Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the China Association for International Exchange and Promotion of Healthcare, member of the Beijing Association of Sports Workers at Home and Abroad, visiting professor of the Hong Kong World Association for Life Sciences Research, member of the Hong Kong International Yanhuang Culture Research Association, research professor of the American Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Taijiquan, and honorary editor in chief of the “Contemporary China Talent Pool”.

During his service in the army, he was awarded many times for meritorious service. Since he worked in the local area in 1968, he has been rated as exemplary individual of Daxing County and Beijing for five consecutive years. Due to outstanding work achievements, on May 20, 1970, he was warmly received by Chairman Mao Zedong at the Tiananmen Gate Tower along with other advanced figures.
