钟海明，时任国家某研究所主任、研究员，系我国广播电视领域的资深专家学者。兼任东方文化传播促进会主席、北京市武术协会学术委员会主任和中国截拳道国际联盟主席等职。多年来，在科研之余，潜心武学与传统养生功法及中医经络调理等方面的研究，著有《中华武道概论》、《吴斌楼戳脚翻子全书》、《李小龙技击法》、《经络调理与眼保健》和《王者之路——探秘功夫之王李小龙》等著作，曾被誉为“第一位将李小龙截拳道引入中国的人”。目前，在国家华夏文化纽带工程组委会武医文化工作小组负责武医文化的研究传播与推动工作。
徐海潮，1951年生人，生在军营，长在军营，军旅生涯四十多年，有二十多年的军事外交工作经历。自八十年代起，曾任驻外交部驻伊朗使馆、中国常驻联合国军事代表、驻新西兰、阿富汗、保加利亚等多个国家的高级武官。目睹了两伊战争、海湾战争，亲历了阿富汗战后的动乱。曾获联合国颁发的维和奖章和保加利亚国防部授予的军旗下一级勋章。在《李小龙技击法》一书的翻译中担任了重要的翻译工作。
