《吴斌楼戳脚翻子全书》是2003年人民体育出版社出版的图书，作者是张大为。
戳脚翻子是一个古老的拳种。著名武术家李瑞东（鼻子李，1851-1917）在其《太极拳谱》自序中曾说过：“余自幼即癖好拳棒，无奈未得遇名师……后得幸饶阳李老遂先生来，得其开导师指教，方稍较明释。……先生是戳脚门，近日四乡各镇均推戳脚门为最，闻风胆落。”这是清朝末年的事。
真正使戳脚翻子落户北京，成为北京的一大拳种，并且使之与河北戳脚、东北戳脚形成鼎足而立的北京流派，始自魏赞魁的高足吴斌楼（1899-1977）先生。
笔者三人均是吴斌楼先生的入室弟子。自入门来，侍师十数载，直至先师仙逝。期间，颇得先师教诲。除掌握戳脚翻子功理功法之外，也曾协助先师整理资料，撰写文章，辅导新秀。为了使读者领会戳脚翻子真谛，我们将先师所传总结整理撰写成这部书，希望能对武术爱好者和武术研究者有所帮助，并与戳脚翻子传人们切磋
The Complete Book of Wubinlou Punjiao Fanzi “was published by People’s Sports Publishing House in 2003, and the author is Zhang Dawei.

Poking and flipping is an ancient form of boxing. Famous martial artist Li Ruidong (Nose Li, 1851-1917) once said in the preface to his “Tai Chi Boxing Manual”: “I have been fond of boxing since I was young, but I have no choice but to meet a famous master… Later, I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Li Laosui from Raoyang come and receive guidance from his mentor, which was explained more clearly. Mr. Li is a foot poker, and recently, all four townships and towns have recommended foot pokers as the most popular. I feel scared when I hear the wind.” This was a matter of the late Qing Dynasty.

The Beijing school that truly made the “Tiaojiao Tiaozi” settle in Beijing and become a major martial arts genre in Beijing, and formed a tripartite relationship with Hebei Tiaojiao and Northeast Tiaojiao, began with Wei Zankui’s high-footed Mr. Wu Binlou (1899-1977).

The three authors are all the disciples of Mr. Wu Binlou who entered the room. From the beginning, I served as a waiter for more than ten years, until my ancestor passed away. During this period, I received guidance from my predecessors. In addition to mastering the principles and techniques of Poking and Flipping the Foot, I have also assisted my predecessors in organizing materials, writing articles, and coaching new talents. In order to help readers understand the true essence of Pok Tok Tiu Zi, we have compiled and compiled this book from the teachings of our predecessors, hoping to be helpful to martial arts enthusiasts and researchers, and to learn from Pok Tok Tiu Zi practitioners
