郭瑾刚，1954年生，山西祁县西阳羽人，著名民间武术家，戴氏心意拳第六代传人，自幼随父郭守华练习长拳，11岁师从戴氏心意拳第五代门人岳蕴忠习练戴氏心意拳，几十年如一日，孜孜不倦，擅长徒手套路四把、五行、十大形、七膀、三拳三棍、五趟闸势、点穴法和心意六合棍、六合刀、六合枪、铁筷子等技艺。现任祁县戴氏心意拳武术馆馆长兼总教练，祁县武协委员，山西省形协委员和教练，一级武术裁判，1992年与日中国武术研究社来华访问团进行武术交流，1974年参加工作。多次被评为行业先进工作者，19团县委授予长征突出手称号。整理编写（心意拳）（综合心意拳）及《心意鞭杆套编写出24万字的《戴氏心意拳谱)一书。
于1991年创办成立了戴氏心意拳武术馆至今，在戴氏心意拳第六代传人郭瑾刚馆长坚持不懈的努力下，培养出了众多的国内外戴氏心意拳的弟子，学员千余人有山西、北京、黑龙江、内蒙、山东、江苏、浙江、武汉、湖南、四川、锦州、本地的以及法国、新加坡等地的戴氏心意拳爱好者。并组队参加了省以上的各种武术大赛14次、158人次均取得了优异的成绩。组织县市的比赛及展示表演18次、428人次。
2001年获山西省先进个人奖；2002年获首届中国武术家“武术成就奖”；2003年获晋中市群众体育群先标兵奖；2004年获山西省优秀武术裁判奖；2011年获晋中市二运会道德风尚裁判奖。2012年获山西省武术成就奖，并被多种大型国家史料收录。载入史册的有《祁县人物志》、《中国武术家名典》、《中国当代武术家辞典》、《中国形意拳山西卷》、《人一生要知道的中国艺术家》并特邀为编委、顾问。
其专著出版《戴氏心意拳》一书及《戴氏心意拳系列光盘》一套15张，祁县戴氏心意拳一书，深受国内外广大心意拳爱好者的喜爱，是全面介绍戴氏心意拳的经典之作。
Guo Jingang, born in 1954 in Xiyang, Qixian County, Shanxi Province, is a famous folk martial artist and the sixth generation successor of Dai’s Xinyi Fist. He practiced Long Fist with his father Guo Shouhua from a young age, and at the age of 11, he studied Dai’s Xinyi Fist under Yue Yunzhong, the fifth generation disciple of Dai’s Xinyi Fist. He has been tireless for decades and is skilled in unarmed routines such as the Four Elements, Five Elements, Ten Great Shapes, Seven Arms, Three Fists and Three Staff, Five Gates, Acupoint Pointing Techniques, and Xinyi Six Harmonies Stick, Six Harmonies Blade, and Six Harmonies Gun Iron chopsticks and other skills. [1] He is currently the curator and head coach of the Dai’s Xinyi Fist Martial Arts Museum in Qixian County, a member of the Qixian Martial Arts Association, a member and coach of the Shanxi Provincial Physical Education Association, and a first-class martial arts judge. In 1992, he had martial arts exchanges with a visiting delegation from the Japanese Chinese Martial Arts Research Society in China, and began working in 1974. He has been awarded the title of exemplary individual in the industry for many times, and was awarded the title of Outstanding Hand in the Long March by the County Committee of the 19th Youth League. Compile and compile (Xinyi Fist) (Comprehensive Xinyi Fist) and the book “Dai’s Xinyi Fist Manual” with 240000 words compiled from Xinyi Whiplash Set.

Established in 1991, the Dai Xin Yi Quan Martial Arts School has been cultivating numerous disciples of Dai Xin Yi Quan both domestically and internationally with the unremitting efforts of Guo Jingang, the sixth generation inheritor of Dai Xin Yi Quan. More than a thousand students include Dai Xin Yi Quan enthusiasts from Shanxi, Beijing, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Wuhan, Hunan, Sichuan, Jinzhou, local areas, as well as France, Singapore, and other places. And participated in various martial arts competitions at or above the provincial level in teams 14 times, with 158 participants achieving excellent results. Organize 18 competitions and display performances in counties and cities, with 428 participants. [2]

In 2001, he won the exemplary individual Award of Shanxi Province; In 2002, he was awarded the first Chinese martial artist “Martial Arts Achievement Award”; In 2003, won the Jinzhong City Mass Sports Group Pioneer Award; In 2004, won the Shanxi Province Excellent Martial Arts Referee Award; In 2011, he won the Moral and Fashion Judgment Award at the Jinzhong Second National Games. In 2012, he won the Shanxi Province Martial Arts Achievement Award and was included in various large-scale national historical materials. Recorded in the annals of history are “Qixian People’s Chronicles”, “Chinese Martial Arts Master Dictionary”, “Chinese Contemporary Martial Arts Master Dictionary”, “Shanxi Volume of Chinese Xingyi Fist”, “Chinese Artists Who People Should Know in Their Lifetime”, and specially invited as editors and consultants.

His monograph published a set of 15 copies of “Dai’s Xinyi Fist” and “Dai’s Xinyi Fist Series CD”, as well as the book “Dai’s Xinyi Fist” in Qixian County. It is deeply loved by domestic and foreign Xinyi Fist enthusiasts and is a classic work that comprehensively introduces Dai’s Xinyi Fist.
