《饮膳正要》是中国商业出版社出版的图书,作者是(元)忽思慧。中国第一部有关食物营养、疗效食品、食物效法的专著。元代蒙古族医学家忽思慧撰。初刻于至顺元年(1330)。早年传往日本,明、清两代曾多次翻印,广为流传。忽思慧是元代皇帝的饮膳太医,主管宫廷饮膳烹调之事。他继承整理古代医学理论,广泛收集蒙、回、维吾尔等民族的食疗方法,并根据自己的经验撰成此书。
“The Essence of Drinking and Eating” is a book published by China Commercial Publishing House, and the author is (Yuan) Hu Sihui. China’s first monograph on food nutrition, therapeutic foods, and food efficacy. Written by Hu Sihui, a Mongolian medical expert in the Yuan Dynasty. Originally carved in the first year of Zhishun (1330). In its early years, it was passed on to Japan, and it was reprinted many times in the Ming and Qing dynasties, spreading widely. Hu Sihui was the imperial physician of the Yuan Dynasty who was in charge of catering and cooking at the court. He inherited and reorganized ancient medical theories, extensively collected dietotherapy methods of Mongolian, Hui, Uyghur, and other nationalities, and wrote this book based on his own experience.
