《随息居饮食谱》为清·王士雄撰,成书于清·咸丰十一年(1861),是一部著名的营养学专著。全书共一卷,列食物331种,分水饮、谷食、调和、蔬食、果食、毛羽、鳞介等七类,每类食物多先释名,后阐述其性味、功效、宜忌、单方效方甚或详列制法,比较产地优劣等。论述清晰,重点突出,语言通俗易懂,是研究中医食疗法、养生保健、祛病延年的一本必备参考书。
The Diet Manual of Sui Xi Ju, written by Wang Shixiong of the Qing Dynasty and written in the eleventh year of Xianfeng of the Qing Dynasty (1861), is a famous monograph on nutrition. The book has a total of 331 kinds of food, divided into seven categories: water and drink, grain food, blending, vegetable food, fruit food, hairiness, scallops, etc. Each category of food is defined first, and then its nature, taste, efficacy, taboo, single effective formula or even detailed formulation are described, and the advantages and disadvantages of the origin are compared. It is a necessary reference book for the study of TCM dietotherapy, health care and curing diseases and prolonging life.
