This famous Thai manuscript contains poems written in the second half of the 19th century. The author is unknown. They share a common theme: losing a beloved woman. The manuscripts are extremely elaborate, representing the highest level of combining Thai, poetry and art. The poet praised the beauty of the beloved woman and expressed his sorrow for her death. Each poem itself is a work of art. The poem is preceded by 13 illustrations related to the overall theme. The illustrations show mythological creatures and patterns from Thai mythological stories, such as Kinnar ī， The legendary half bird) or Phra Ram, the hero in the Thai version of the epic Ramayana. The manuscript is now in the Bavarian State Library in Munich, Germany.
