丁月湖(1829—1879)，南通人。清代印香炉工艺家。居南通石港场。能书善画，擅仿制各式炉形。他设计的芸香炉，百模百样，制作精致。其所制印香炉，流传极少。芸香炉为古时书斋文房的清供雅玩物，形式有方、圆、长、扁、多角等，并有物象图案。炉内外均题有吉祥语句。传世作品有《瓜蝶纹扁形炉》，盖作瓜蝶纹，有隶书“瓜瓞绵绵’’四字，藏南通博物馆。辑有《印香炉式图》一册(或称《香印篆册》)，书始于1876年，成于1878年，刻于1880年或稍后点；图谱卷首有刘瑞芳等序文及题词，有各式炉盖刘瑞芳等序题词，各式图100多幅。
Dingyue Lake (1829-1879) was born in Nantong. Qing Dynasty incense burner craftsman. In Nantong Shigang Yard. He is good at painting and calligraphy, and is good at copying all kinds of furnace shapes. The Yun censer designed by him has a hundred models and varieties, and is exquisite. The incense burner made by him is rarely circulated. Yun censer is an elegant toy of Qing Dynasty in the ancient study study. It is square, round, long, flat, polygonal, and has an image pattern. There are auspicious sentences inside and outside the furnace. His handed down works include “Flat Furnace with Melon and Butterfly Pattern”, with melon and butterfly pattern on its cover, and four characters of official script “Melon and Butterfly Pattern”, which are collected in Nantong Museum. There is a volume of “Painting of Incense Burner Pattern” (or “Fragrance Seal Script Book”), which started in 1876, was completed in 1878, and was engraved in 1880 or later. At the head of the atlas, there are Liu Ruifang and other prefaces and inscriptions, as well as various furnace covers, Liu Ruifang and other prefaces and inscriptions, and more than 100 pictures.
