“卖茶翁”者，日本江户时代煎茶道中兴之祖高游外的别号。煎茶道肇始于陆羽《茶经》，南宋时，日本荣西禅师把茶种、茶艺从中国带回日本，煎茶开始在日本流行。
The “tea seller” is the nickname of Gao Youwai, the founder of the revival of the tea ceremony in the Edo era in Japan. The tea frying ceremony began in Lu Yu’s “Tea Classic”. In the Southern Song Dynasty, Japanese Zen master Rongxi brought tea seeds and tea art back to Japan from China, and the tea frying began to be popular in Japan.
