《华佗神医秘传》是2010年1月1日辽宁科学技术出版社出版的图书，作者是（汉）华佗元化。 本书是对华佗的各方面的医术的汇总总结。《华佗神医秘传》，原题“古代真本”，[汉]华佗元化撰；[唐]孙思邈编集。全书共二十二卷，卷一为华佗论病理秘传，叙诊断之奥秘：卷二为华佗临症秘传，明治疗之心法；卷三为华佗神方秘传，收麻沸散、神膏等许多为其他医书所未载的原方；卷四至卷十九，分述内科、外科、妇科、产科、儿科、眼科、耳科、鼻科、齿科、喉科、皮肤科、伤科、结毒科、急救法、治奇症法、兽医科等药方1100余方；卷二十为制炼诸药法；卷二十一为养性服饵法；卷二十二为附华佗注《仓公传》。本书对研究祖国医学和指导中医临床有重要参考价值。本书据1922年古书保存会藏版，上海大陆图书公司排印本校点，订正讹误，并加了必要的注释。
The Secret Biography of Hua Tuo’s Divine Medicine was published by Liaoning Science and Technology Press on January 1, 2010. The author is Hua Tuo Yuanhua. This book is a summary of all aspects of Hua Tuo’s medical skills. “Secret Biography of Hua Tuo’s Divine Medicine”, originally titled “Ancient True Version”, was written by Hua Tuo Yuanhua in [Han]; [Tang] Compiled by Sun Simiao. There are 22 volumes in the book. Volume 1 is Hua Tuo’s secret biography of pathology, which describes the mystery of diagnosis. Volume 2 is Hua Tuo’s secret biography of clinical symptoms, which explains the mental method of treatment; Volume III is the secret of Hua Tuo’s Divine Prescription. There are many original prescriptions not contained in other medical books, such as Shouma Boiling Powder and Shengao; Volume IV to Volume XIX, covering more than 1100 prescriptions in internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, ophthalmology, otology, rhinology, dentistry, laryngology, dermatology, trauma, tuberculosis, first aid, treatment of strange diseases, veterinary medicine, etc; Volume 20 is the method of refining various medicines; Volume 21 is the method of taking bait for nourishment; Volume 22 is the Biography of Cang Gong annotated by Hua Tuo. This book has important reference value for studying traditional Chinese medicine and guiding clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine. This book is collated, corrected and annotated with necessary notes according to the edition of the 1922 Ancient Book Preservation Association.
