《形意拳述真》是山西科学技术出版社出版的图书，作者是杨遵
杨遵利，男，1962年生，山东邹平人，大学文化，工程师。系国家一级武术裁判，中国武当武术十佳武术名家，世界武术家联合会副主席，山东省省级非物质文化遗产济南形意拳代表性传承人，山东省高等学校传统武术协会主席，济南形意拳研究会会长。他自幼好武，先后师从高医俗、李静轩等武术名家修习内家拳，得罗本祺、朱蕴山先生指点，擅长形意拳、太极拳，通八卦掌等。
杨遵利注重学术研究，积极推动武术文化的宣传和传播，结合自己多年武术实践，把前人的经验和理论进行系统整理，著书立说，编著了《形意拳述真》一书（近50万字，山西科技出版社），使非物质文化遗产济南形意拳有了理论指导。他发表很多武学论文，文章有《概述非物质文化遗产济南形意拳》、《中国传统武术文化形意拳》等。
杨遵利培养了来自全国各地的一大批学生，部分弟子学生参加国际、全国武术形意拳比赛获金、银、铜牌百余枚及一等奖、个人全能第1名，52人获济南市文化局颁发的非遗技能武英一级、二级、三级等。所培养的弟子学生，100余人获得中国武术段位和世界功夫武术段位，有30余人入编武当武术家大辞典。在继承传统，弘扬非物质文化的理念下，正式拜师入门的弟子达到300余人，为非物质文化遗产济南形意拳的传承打下了坚实的基础。
在他的努力下，济南形意拳成功申报成为济南市市级、山东省省级非物质文化遗产项目，形成文化品牌。
2008年将“济南形意拳”成功申报为济南市市级非物质文化遗产，2009年9月将“济南形意拳”成功申报为山东省省级非物质文化遗产。这是济南形意拳的一项历史性荣耀，是济南武术界的荣耀，也标志着济南形意拳将成为一个优秀的文化品牌。“济南形意拳”作为非物质文化遗产，将受到保护。杨遵利作为一位非物质文化遗产济南形意拳代表性传承人，对保护非物质文化遗产“济南形意拳”做出了突出贡献。他的作用是至关重要，他以清新的武术理念伸延着传统武术的内涵，他的努力将载入史册。
经过几年的努力，使非物质文化遗产济南形意拳走进了大学、中小学。
在济南地区高等学府内（山东财政学院、山东中医药大学、济南大学、山东中西医结合大学、济南职业学院南校，等）创建了大学形意拳协会（学校正式社团），举办武术形意拳培训班，为大学生讲演武术文化。几年间，把非物质文化遗产济南形意拳传进了大学。
与济南师范天桥附属中学与合作，将济南形意拳引进校园，成为学校的特色体育项目，贯彻“教书育人，健康发展”理念。
加强武术文化交流，提高了济南形意拳的国内外影响。
多次参加国际、全国形意拳比赛，任济南代表队领队、教练，并任大会裁判员、裁判长、总裁判长，组委会副主任、主任、执行主席、顾问等。团体获总分第一名、第二名等。
在济南长期设有两处固定场地、五个传授点传授形意拳。一处是“济南形意拳玉函路六里山授拳场地”，一处是“济南形意拳趵突泉授拳场地”，还有济南形意拳天桥传授点、济南形意拳山师传授点，济南形意拳省博传授点，高新区形意拳分会，为广大社会人士提供强身健体、修习传统武术文化场所，为非物质文化遗产济南形意拳的传承打下了坚实的基础。
杨遵利多次组办山东省省级、济南市市级武术形意拳比赛：
2007年12月在济南大学组办了第一届山东省高校武术暨传统武术比赛；2009年9月在济南组办了第一届山东省省级非物质文化遗产济南形意拳演武大会；2011年5月在山东力明学院组办了第二届山东省高校传统武术比赛暨山东省省级非物质文化遗产济南形意拳演武大会。2004年4月在山东力明学院组办了首届济南形意拳“尚武杯”比赛；2005年5月在济南大学组办了第二届济南形意拳“尚武杯”比赛；2011年8月协助组办“祥发杯”济南市首届武术精英赛，任执行主席。
他倡导“传统、健康向上、快乐人文”的形意拳理念，让更多的人了解、学习、传承中国传统统武术文化形意拳，在快乐中享受着传统文化的魅力，让更多的人收益形意拳文化。

Yang Zunli, male, born in 1962 in Zouping, Shandong, is a university educated and engineer. He is a national first level martial arts judge, one of the top ten martial arts masters of Wudang martial arts in China, vice chairman of the World Wushu Federation, representative inheritor of Jinan Xingyi Boxing, a provincial Intangible cultural heritage in Shandong Province, chairman of the traditional martial arts association of Shandong colleges and universities, and chairman of Jinan Xingyi Boxing Research Association. He was good at martial arts since he was young. He learned Neijia from famous martial arts masters such as Gao Yishu and Li Jingxuan, and was instructed by Luo Benqi and Zhu Yunshan. He was good at Xingyi Boxing, Taijiquan, and Baguazhang.

Yang Zunli paid attention to academic research, actively promoted the publicity and dissemination of martial arts culture, combined with his years of martial arts practice, systematically sorted out the experience and theory of predecessors, wrote books and wrote the book “Xingyi Quan Telling the Truth” (nearly 500000 words, Shanxi Science and Technology Press), so that the Intangible cultural heritage Jinan Xingyi Quan has theoretical guidance. He published many martial arts papers, such as Overview of Intangible cultural heritage Jinan Xingyi Quan, and Traditional Chinese Martial Arts Culture Xingyi Quan.

Yang Zunli has trained a large number of students from all over the country. Some of his disciples and students have won over a hundred gold, silver, and bronze medals and first prize in international and national martial arts competitions, ranking first in personal all-round skills. 52 of them have been awarded the first, second, and third levels of intangible cultural heritage skills by the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Culture. More than 100 of the trained students have won the Chinese martial arts Duan and the World Kung Fu Duan, and more than 30 have been included in the Wudang Wushu Dictionary. Under the concept of inheriting the tradition and carrying forward the intangible culture, more than 300 students have formally learned from their teachers, laying a solid foundation for the inheritance of Intangible cultural heritage Jinan Xingyi Quan.

With his efforts, Jinan Xingyi Quan successfully applied to become a Intangible cultural heritage project at the municipal level in Jinan and provincial level in Shandong Province, forming a cultural brand.

In 2008, “Jinan Xingyi Boxing” was successfully declared as a municipal Intangible cultural heritage of Jinan, and in September 2009, “Jinan Xingyi Boxing” was successfully declared as a provincial Intangible cultural heritage of Shandong Province. This is a historic honor of Jinan Xingyi Boxing, an honor of the martial arts industry in Jinan, and also signifies that Jinan Xingyi Boxing will become an excellent cultural brand. As a Intangible cultural heritage, “Jinan Xingyi Quan” will be protected. As a representative inheritor of Intangible cultural heritage, Yang Zunli has made outstanding contributions to the protection of Intangible cultural heritage “Jinan Xingyi Boxing”. His role is crucial, as he extends the essence of traditional martial arts with his fresh martial arts philosophy, and his efforts will be recorded in history.

After several years of efforts, Intangible cultural heritage Jinan Xingyi Quan has entered universities, primary and secondary schools.

The university Xingyi Boxing Association (the official association of the university) was established in the institutions of higher learning in Jinan (Shandong Institute of Finance, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, University of Jinan, Shandong University of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, South School of Jinan Vocational College, etc.), and a training class of martial arts Xingyi Boxing was held to teach martial arts culture to college students. In a few years, the Intangible cultural heritage of Jinan Xingyi Quan was introduced into the university.

Collaborating with Jinan Normal Tianqiao Affiliated High School, Jinan Xingyi Fist will be introduced into the campus as a unique sports event of the school, implementing the concept of “teaching, educating people, and promoting healthy development”.

Strengthening the exchange of martial arts culture has enhanced the domestic and international influence of Jinan Xingyi Fist.

I have participated in international and national Xingyi Quan competitions multiple times, serving as the leader and coach of the Jinan representative team, as well as serving as the referee, chief referee, president judge, deputy director, director, executive chairman, consultant, etc. of the organizing committee. The group won first and second place in total scores, etc.

There are two fixed venues and five teaching points in Jinan for a long time to teach Xingyi Fist. One is the “Jinan Xingyi Boxing Yuhan Road Liuli Mountain Boxing Ground”, the other is the “Jinan Xingyi Boxing Baotu Spring Boxing Ground”, as well as the Jinan Xingyi Boxing Overpass Teaching Point, Jinan Xingyi Boxing Master Teaching Point, Jinan Xingyi Boxing Provincial Museum Teaching Point, and the High tech Zone Xingyi Boxing Branch. They provide a place for people to strengthen their physical fitness and practice traditional martial arts culture, laying a solid foundation for the inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of Jinan Xingyi Boxing.

Yang Zunli has organized multiple provincial and municipal martial arts Xingyi Quan competitions in Shandong Province and Jinan City:

In December 2007, the first Shandong College Wushu and Traditional Wushu Competition was held in University of Jinan; In September 2009, the first Shandong Provincial Intangible cultural heritage Ji’nan Xingyi Boxing Practice Conference was held in Jinan; In May 2011, the second Shandong Province College Traditional Wushu Competition and Shandong Province Provincial Intangible cultural heritage Jinan Xingyi Boxing Practice Conference was organized in Shandong Liming College. In April 2004, the first Jinan Xingyi Fist “Shangwu Cup” competition was organized at Shandong Liming College; In May 2005, the second Jinan Xingyi Quan “Shangwu Cup” competition was held in University of Jinan; In August 2011, he assisted in organizing the first “Xiangfa Cup” Jinan Martial Arts Elite Competition and served as the executive chairman.

He advocates the concept of “traditional, healthy, and uplifting, happy and humanistic” Xingyi Quan, allowing more people to understand, learn, and inherit the traditional Chinese martial arts culture Xingyi Quan, enjoying the charm of traditional culture with joy, and allowing more people to benefit from Xingyi Quan culture.
