《形意拳真传图谱》是2003年10月北京体育大学出版社出版的图书，作者是武冬、孙根新、李金波。 本书主要介绍了形意拳概论、形意拳桩功等内容。
简明易懂，拳真理精，不管是爱好者还是久练者，都可通过练习，很快掌握，所谓一理明则万法通。
本书真传图谱书中所述之内容，都是经过作者恩师及数名高师指点与教诲，以及作者本人数十载的苦练与深研精选而得。尤其对形意拳形体与气相合之论，更能说明形意拳练气的重要性。可以说气理不明，害人一生，这就是练形意拳精华之精。
李金波，字昆岗，号伊农，壬戌九月初五(1922年)生，原籍河北省新城县武家村。自幼好武，7岁入学，便随其舅爷“盖京南”王瑞（王瑞曾因入宫摔败外蒙善扑教头，而皇封一等扑虎员，号盖京南）习练少林拳术与掼跤基本功，11岁随本县国术馆教练石重仁先生（石为张长发大弟子）习练

Li Jinbo, also known as Kungang and Yinong, was born on the fifth day of the ninth month of Renxu (1922) and originally from Wujia Village, Xincheng County, Hebei Province. I practiced Shaolin boxing and wrestling with my uncle Wang Rui (who was once defeated by the head of the Outer Mongolian Tiger Fighter after entering the palace, and was appointed as a first-class Tiger Fighter by the emperor, known as Gai Jingnan).
