《醇生庵产育全书》是日本水原义搏撰著的一部妇科类中医著作，成书于日本嘉永二年(1849)。全文以日文撰写。本书从中西角度阐述了妇产科病证的理论及治则，每一手术处理法附图解释。内容包括宫、产门及胞衣脐带的生理结构、妊娠病、产前诸症、临产、产后保养、产后二十七症、妇产科手术方法等，载试验方一百余首。
The Complete Book of Birth and Childhood in Tsushin Nunnery is a book of gynaecological Chinese medicine written by Japan’s Ishihara Yobo, which was written in the second year of Jiayong in Japan (1849). The full text is written in Japanese. This book describes the theory and treatment principles of gynaecology and obstetrics syndrome from the Chinese and Western perspectives, and explains each surgical treatment with attached drawings. The contents include the physiological structure of the uterus, the birth gate and the umbilical cord, pregnancy diseases, prenatal symptoms, labor, post-natal care, 27 post-natal symptoms, and methods of gynecology and obstetrics surgery, and more than one hundred trials.
