《八字命理学基础教程》是2015年香港圆方出版社出版的图书，作者是陆致极。
本书是八字命理学的一本入门教材。读者对象是对中国传统文化、尤其是对传统命理学有兴趣的人。整个教程分四个部分：第一部分是基本概念（第一、二章），让读者了解命理学是一门怎样的学问，以及它的基本研究方法。第二部分是静态分析（第三章至第八章）。它系统地阐述对八字结构如何做出多视角的分析。第三部分是动态分析（第九、十章）。这里引进大运和流年。通过分析八字结构与大运、流年的相互作用，了解八字命理学是如何分析人生的动态进程。第四部分是“走向实务”（第十一至十三章），阐述八字命理是如何通过不同的指称网络，去投射现实的人生百态，从而进行实际人生的描写、解释、以及做出预测。本书的结尾附有“八字结构分析图解流程”，将本教程对八字结构分析流程制成样式，供读者自己进行命理分析实践时做程式化分析的参考。
陆致极，1949年生于上海。1981年复旦大学中文系硕士，1991年美国伊利诺大学语言学系博士。2008年在北京大学演讲“人生基因的探索”。2012年在旅游卫视《国学堂》节目谈“又一种基因的探索”。著有《计算语言学导论》《汉语方言数量研究探索》《命运的求索：中国命理学简史及推演方法》《中国命理学史论：一种历史文化现象的研究》《八字与中国智慧》《又一种“基因”的探索》等，并在《中国社会科学》、Studies in the Linguistic Sciences等中外学术杂志发表语言学论文20余篇。
“Eight-figure Numerology Basic Course” is a book published by Hong Kong Yuan Fang Publishing House in 2015, the author is Lu Zhiji.
This book is an introduction to figure-eight numerology. The target audience is people who are interested in traditional Chinese culture, especially traditional numerology. The whole course is divided into four parts: the first part is the basic concepts (chapters 1 and 2), so that the reader can understand what kind of science numerology is and its basic research methods. The second part is static analysis (Chapters 3 to 8). It systematically explains how to make a multi-perspective analysis of the eight-figure structure. The third part is dynamic analysis (Chapters 9 and 10). Good fortune and time are introduced here. By analyzing the interaction of the eight-figure structure with luck and time, we can understand how eight-figure numerology analyzes the dynamic process of life. The fourth part is “Toward practice” (chapters 11 to 13), which explains how the eight-figure numerology projects the reality of life through different reference networks, so as to describe, explain, and predict the actual life. At the end of this book, there is an “Illustrated Flow of eight-figure Structure Analysis”, which styles the flow of eight-figure structure analysis in this tutorial for readers to do stylistic analysis when they do numerological analysis practice.
Lu Zhiji was born in Shanghai in 1949. He received his master’s degree in Chinese Literature from Fudan University in 1981 and his doctorate from Linguistics Department of the University of Illinois in 1991. In 2008, he gave a lecture on “The Exploration of Life Genes” at Peking University. In 2012, he talked about “the exploration of another gene” in the program of “National School” of Tourism TV. He is the author of Introduction to Computational Linguistics, Exploration of the Number of Chinese Dialects, Search for Fate: A Brief History and Deduction Method of Chinese Numerology, History of Chinese Numerology: He has published more than 20 Linguistic papers in Chinese and foreign academic journals such as Chinese Social Sciences and Studies in the Linguistic Sciences.
