Currently serving as a director of the Beijing Elderly Education Work Association, a director and deputy director of the Beijing Education Bureau, Haidian District, and Haidian District Education Commission’s Care for the Next Generation of Education Work Committee, and the chairman of the Haidian District Football Association. He has been teaching for 40 years and loves the education industry. He has served primary and secondary schools and early childhood education in Haidian District for nearly 40 years and made contributions. During his ten-year tenure in the District Elderly Education Association, he adhered to Tao Xingzhi’s belief of “holding one heart and not taking half a blade of grass”, selflessly dedicating himself for ten years without compensation, wholeheartedly serving his members. The association has had nearly 4000 members since the beginning, with dozens of members. With the joint efforts of the association’s cadres and members, the relationship between the members and the school has been strengthened. The school cares about the elderly comrades, who care about the school and are willing to make further contributions to the school. Sending warmth and caring to each other among members enhances the friendship between old comrades. The members praised the Old Education Association as a warm home. Currently, the majority of members are striving to become good members and cadres of the association.
