陆致极，1949年生于上海。1981年上海复旦大学中文系硕士。1991年美国伊利诺大学语言学系博士。出版的著作有《计算语言学导论》、《计算语言学》、《汉语方言数量研究探索》、《八字命理新论》、《八字与中国智慧》（《八字命理新论》增订版）、《中国命理学史论：一种历史文化现象的研究》等，并在《中国社会科学》等中外学术杂志发表语言学论文二十余篇。基本介绍

The theme of this book is the correlation between birth time and physical fitness. Through more than 100 physical fitness tests and quantitative analysis of birth time and space, the author found that there is a certain correlation between them. Lu Zhiji was born in Shanghai in 1949. In 1981, he obtained a master’s degree in Chinese from Fudan University in Shanghai. 1991 Ph. D., Department of Linguistics, University of Illinois System, USA.
