王凤麟(1955一 )男，汉族，哈尔滨人。中员，中国电影制片人协会秘书长。曾担任《北大荒文学》杂志小说编辑组长、黑龙江省农垦广播电视局、黑龙江农垦有线电视台台长、黑龙江电视台农业频道总监、总编辑，黑龙江省电影电视剧制作中心主任兼龙江电影制片厂厂长、党组书记。
王凤麟自幼随父母辗转齐齐哈尔、兰州、吉林省洮南市、黑龙江省建设兵团等地。1972年参加工作，做过砖厂工人、电报报务员、开过汽车、当过干事、秘书、编辑、导演。在北大荒垦区工作生活多年，有三年专业作家经历。
王凤麟教授是将哲学理念溶入奇门遁甲策划的第一位奇门大家；是提出行为风水思维体系的第一位易学学者；是提出“舍弃格局”，“淡化吉凶”、“阳光心态”概念的第一位策划专家；是在环境调理中引入活砂理论的第一位实战家；是把奇门遁甲符号意象完美展现在实际调整运用的第一位国学大师。王教授将其理论精粹整理成册，先后著有：《凤麟易理》系列之《凤麟易理——阴盘遁甲移星换斗实战案例精解》、《凤麟易理—阴盘遁甲移星换斗实战技术揭秘》、《凤麟易理——道家大六壬》、《帝王之术》、《道家阴盘奇门遁甲风水》等有较大影响力的著作。
世界学术界认为王凤麟教授首创的万象全息、万象相干、万象有意、万象系统理论与易经有着最深刻的关联，两者互证互解，全息统一。被誉为“超越相对论”、“是当代最伟大的发现”、“是关于宇宙的最新科学理论”、“是世界学术清池的源头活水”、“是人类认识史上最伟大最辉煌的里程碑”、“是具有划时代意义的最伟大的学说”。王凤麟教授将被奉为“帝王之术”的奇门遁甲古为今用，以现代科学的语言，全方位地破译着古老易经的密码，真正揭开了易经的神秘面纱，为古老的易经注入了时代的生机与活力，开创了易学与科学大统一的新时代。由于王教授在阴盘奇门遁甲上的卓越造诣，其已被列入中科院学术研究项目并成立研究小组对阴盘奇门进行研究。
结合太古思维原理与现代策划学，王凤麟教授独创的生命信息能量时空作用公式，不仅可以准确预测、模拟和调整企业兴衰、人生成败，该公式成为了现阶段行业内竞相效仿的实用新型预测技术。以其精辟理论和跨学科领域研究，王凤麟教授被美国白宫高级政策顾问唐纳德·爱伦先生誉为“东方奇人”。
1998年，王凤麟教授创建鹿鼎国际策划机构，十余年的时间，逐步建立了包括中国联通、广发集团、印尼LG集团、美国澳佛利公司、戴姆勒-克莱斯勒集团等300多家大型企业及管理层在内的策划服务客户体系，帮助其确立了行业领先地位。
王凤麟教授开创的立体全息预测技术，目前已经成为了全球认可并广泛应用的预测科学方略之一；一系列划时代的易学研究突破，打开了整个时代的易学应用新局面，为国学的发扬光大起到了不可磨灭的作用。

I started working in 1972 and worked as a brick factory worker, telegraph operator, driver of a car, secretary, editor, and director. The academic community around the world believes that Professor Wang Fenglin’s theory of Universal Holography, Universal Coherence, Universal Intention, and Universal System has the most profound connection with the Book of Changes.
