《三毛流浪记》是上海昆仑影业公司摄制的喜剧片，由赵明、严恭执导，阳翰笙编剧，王龙基主演，于1949年10月在全国公映，2019年6月18日，该片的4K修复版在第22届上海国际电影节“光影记忆·时代经典：新中国成立70周年特别影展”首次展映。
该片根据张乐平创作的同名漫画改编，通过孤儿三毛在旧上海的种种遭遇，展现了旧社会广大城市流浪儿童的不幸命运。
三毛是旧上海的一名流浪儿童，他没有家，没有亲人，吃贴广告用的浆糊，睡在垃圾车里，冬天就以破麻袋披在身上御寒。他做过各种各样的事情；卖报、拣拉圾、帮别人推三轮车，但他挣到的钱连吃顿饱饭都不够。
一天，他在路旁拾到一个钱夹，好心的三毛把它交还了失主，而失主反诬他是扒手，打了他一顿。流氓爷叔见三毛年少不懂事，便利用他做坏事。等三毛明白自己受了爷叔利用时，宁可饿肚子，也不再干爷叔教他的坏事。
一个有钱的贵妇人收养了三毛，给他穿上皮鞋，对他进行管束，天性散漫的三毛不愿在富人家过寄生虫般的生活。在一次为他举行酒会的时候，他捣乱酒会，撕破华服，和往日一起讨饭的小伴一起，走向属于他们的流浪生活。
解放后，他结束了流浪，过上了正常的生活。

This film is adapted from the manga of the same name created by Zhang Leping. Through the various experiences of orphan Sanmao in old Shanghai, it showcases the unfortunate fate of urban street children in the old society.

San Mao is a homeless child from old Shanghai. He has no home, no family, eats paste used for advertising, sleeps in a garbage truck, and wears a torn sack on his body in winter to keep warm. He has done various things; Selling newspapers, picking garbage, and helping others push tricycles, but the money he earns is not enough to even have a full meal.

One day, he found a wallet by the roadside and kindly handed it back to the owner. However, the owner falsely accused him of being a pickpocket and beat him up. The rogue uncle saw that Sanmao was young and immature, so he used him to do bad things. When Sanmao realized that he had been exploited by his uncle, he would rather be hungry than do anything bad that Uncle taught him.

A wealthy noblewoman adopted Sanmao, dressed him in leather shoes, and restrained him. Sanmao, who had a loose nature, did not want to live a parasitic life in a wealthy family. During a banquet held for him, he messed up the party, tore off his attire, and walked towards their wandering life with his former begging companions.

After liberation, he ended his wandering and led a normal life.
