《金瓶梅》，中国明代长篇白话世情小说，一般认为是中国第一部文人独立创作的章回体长篇小说。其成书时间大约在明代隆庆至万历年间，作者署名兰陵笑笑生。
戴敦邦，自号民间艺人，1938年出生，江苏镇江人。1956年毕业于上海第一师范学校，曾任中国美术家协会连环画艺术委员会副主任、上海道教协会副会长、上海美术家协会常务理事等。戴敦邦是蜚声海内外的中国画大家，擅画人物，工写兼长，多以古典题材及古装人物入画，作品气魄宏大，笔墨雄健豪放，形象生动传神，画风雅俗共赏。主要作品有《水浒人物一百零八图》《戴敦邦水浒人物谱》《红楼梦人物百图》《戴敦邦古典文学名著画集》等。
《金瓶梅》是我国古代一部杰出长篇小说巨著，多年来，不少画家都有志于绘制《金瓶梅》全图，戴敦邦的心愿也是要把《金瓶梅》绘成全本，向世人展现一部“原汁原味”的古典文学名著。他在深入钻研原著，考证《金瓶梅》时代风物的基础上，凸显奇书的艺术魅力，以全本真实地再现了《金瓶梅》的艺术世界。
“The Plum in the Golden Vase” is a long vernacular Chinese novel about the world during the Ming Dynasty. It is generally believed to be the first independent literary novel in China to be written in a episodic style. It was written approximately between the Longqing and Wanli periods of the Ming Dynasty, and the author was named Lanling Xiaoxiaosheng.
Dai Dunbang, also known as a folk artist, was born in 1938 in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu. Graduated from Shanghai First Normal School in 1956 and served as the Deputy Director of the Comic Art Committee of the Chinese Artists Association, Vice President of the Shanghai Taoist Association, and Executive Director of the Shanghai Artists Association. Dai Dunbang is a renowned master of Chinese painting both domestically and internationally. He is skilled in drawing characters and excels in both artistic and artistic styles. He often incorporates classical themes and ancient costume figures into his paintings. His works are grand and imposing, with vigorous and bold brushstrokes, vivid and vivid images, and a style that is both refined and popular. His main works include “108 Figures of the Water Margin”, “Dai Dunbang’s Biography of the Water Margin”, “Hundred Figures of the Dream of the Red Chamber”, and “Dai Dunbang’s Collection of Classical Literary Masterpieces”.
