《迷踪拳（第五册）》是2003年出版的图书，作者是李玉川。迷踪拳的内容包括两个部分,一是拳法,二是功法。本书（第五册）讲述的是迷踪拳的功法。
在迷踪源的门规里，有“教拳不教功”之说。可见，功法是轻易不会传播的。为适应我国武术事业飞速发展的需要，使迷踪拳这一古代优秀的拳种在新形势下得到全面的传播和弘扬，更好地服务于人民大众，现将迷踪拳的功法系统整理，和盘献给广大读者。不妥之处，望武林同仁给予指正。
