《迷踪拳第一册》是2002年人民体育出版社出版的图书，作者是李玉川。迷踪拳以历史悠久、内容丰富、实用性强等独特的风格特点成为中国传统武术宝库中的一颗明珠。又因近代大侠霍元甲用其技艺屡胜洋武士而使踪拳手扬海内外。

迷踪拳是一个古老的拳种。据史料记载，它出自少林，最早为达摩所创。相传，宋代的周侗精习此艺，其弟子林冲、卢俊义也是习练此拳的高手。迷踪拳传入沧州青县，在清代乾隆年间。当时的山东泰安人孙通曾在嵩山少林寺苦习树年，迷踪拳艺炉火纯青，被人尊为“万能手”。孙通因犯命案去东北避难，途中，在青县和静海县交界的大屯村和静海县小南河村分别传下迷踪拳。此后迷踪拳分两个渠道传入青县，在青县又分两支广泛流传。

Mistake Fist is an ancient form of boxing. According to historical records, it originated from Shaolin and was first created by Dharma. According to legend, Zhou Dong of the Song Dynasty was skilled in this technique, and his disciples Lin Chong and Lu Junyi were also experts in practicing this technique. Mistake Fist was introduced to Qingxian, Cangzhou during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. At that time, Sun Tong, a native of Tai’an in Shandong, had studied hard at the Shaolin Temple in Songshan, where his lost track boxing skills were highly skilled and respected as a “versatile hand”. Sun Tong sought refuge in Northeast China due to a homicide case, and on the way, he passed his Lost Fist in Datun Village and Xiaonanhe Village at the border of Qingxian and Jinghai counties. Afterwards, Mistake Fist was introduced to Qingxian through two channels, and was widely spread in Qingxian through two branches.
