《迷踪拳3》是2002年人民体育出版社出版的图书，作者是李玉川。迷踪拳最显著的特点是实用性强,是以技击实战而闻名于世的。迷踪拳的实用性有两方面的含义，一是能强魄健体，二是可防身实战，尤以实战技法见长。迷踪拳的技击实战之法，平时习练时，除了蕴涵于套路拳法招式之中，招招式式均有攻防含义上外，还有一套完整的实战技法及其基本功夫习练法及基本功夫习练法是迷踪拳全部拳术的精华。过去，这些实战技法及基基本功能法是秘不轻传的，只是少数摘传弟子中传授，而且传授也主要靠言传口授，很少有文字材料记载。
