《中国历史地图集(第一册):先秦》是中国地图出版社出版的图书,作者是谭其骧 。谭其骧(1911年2月25日—1992年8月28日),字季龙、笔名禾子,浙江嘉兴嘉善人。中国历史地理学家,是中国历史地理学科的主要奠基人和开拓者之一。1930年毕业于暨南大学历史系,1932年毕业于燕京大学研究生院。新中国成立前,先后任教于辅仁、北京、燕京、清华、浙江、暨南等大学。 建国后,历任复旦大学教授、历史系主任、中国历史地理研究所所长,中国科学院地学部委员,国务院学位委员会第一届学科评议组成员,国务院古籍整理出版规划小组成员,国家历史地图集编委会副主任兼总编辑。1960年获全国文教先进工作者称号。九三学社社员。第三至五届全国人大代表。中国现代历史地理学科的创始人之一。1934年与顾颉刚等发起成立中国第一个历史地理的学术团体——禹贡学会,创办《禹贡》半月刊。早年研究地理沿革、疆域史地和民族问题,自成体系。1955年起主持编纂《中国历史地图集》,并致力于黄河水系的研究,对黄河史研究作出贡献。 主编《中国自然地理、历史自然地理》等,《中国历史地图集》1986年获上海(1979-1985年)哲学社会科学特等奖。谭其骧先生主持的《中国历史地图集》被称为史学界的两大基础工程之一(另一工程为二十四史的点校),从开始设计到完成历时30年之久,为历史地理学的发展打下了坚实的基础:一方面是解决了许多长期没有解决的问题。
Historical Atlas of China (Volume I): Pre Qin Dynasty is a book published by China Map Publishing House. The author is Tan Qixiang. Tan Qixiang (from February 25, 1911 to August 28, 1992), a native of Jiaxin, Zhejiang, with the name Ji Long and pen name He Zi. Chinese historical geographer is one of the main founders and pioneers of the discipline of Chinese historical geography. He graduated from the History Department of Jinan University in 1930 and the Graduate School of Yanjing University in 1932. Before the founding of the People’s Republic of China, he successively taught in Furen, Beijing, Yanjing, Tsinghua, Zhejiang, Jinan and other universities. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, he has successively served as a professor of Fudan University, director of the Department of History, director of the Chinese Institute of Historical Geography, member of the Department of Geography of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, member of the first discipline review group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, member of the Planning Group for the Arrangement and Publication of Ancient Books of the State Council, and deputy director and chief editor of the National Historical Atlas Compilation Committee. In 1960, he was awarded the title of National Advanced Worker in Culture and Education. Member of the Jiu San Society. Deputies to the Third to Fifth National People’s Congress. One of the founders of modern historical geography in China. In 1934, Yu Gong Society, the first academic group of historical geography in China, was founded with Gu Jiegang and the like, and the semi monthly magazine Yu Gong was founded. In his early years, he studied geographical evolution, territory, history and ethnic issues in a systematic way. Since 1955, he has presided over the compilation of the Historical Atlas of China, and devoted himself to the study of the Yellow River system, making contributions to the study of the history of the Yellow River. He was the chief editor of China’s Physical Geography, Historical Physical Geography, etc. In 1986, China’s Historical Atlas won the Special Prize of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Shanghai (1979-1985). The Historical Atlas of China, presided over by Mr. Tan Qixiang, is known as one of the two basic projects in the history field (the other is the collation of the Twenty Four Histories). It took 30 years from the beginning of the design to the completion of the project, laying a solid foundation for the development of historical geography. On the one hand, it solved many problems that have not been solved for a long time.
