《参筹秘书》是明代汪三益撰写的古籍。
参筹秘书》·十卷（浙江巡抚采进本）明汪三益撰。三益字汉谋，贵溪道士。是编采禽遁奇门诸书，裒合成编，以备兵家之占。成於崇祯己卯，杨廷枢为之序。己卯，崇祯十二年也。是时流氛方炽，庙堂主招抚，而草泽则竞谈兵，乃至方外者流亦炫鬻其术，托於异人之传。
夫天时之说见於《孟子》，则孤虚旺相亦属旧文。然周兴纣灭，同一干支；我往彼亡，难分宜忌。军政不修而规规以小术求胜负，末矣。
“The Secretary for Participation in Planning” is an ancient book written by Wang Sanyi in the Ming Dynasty.
Compiled by Wang Sanyi of Ming Dynasty in the Ten Volume (Selected by the Governor of Zhejiang) of “The Secretary for Participation in Planning”. Han Mou, also known as San Yi, is a Taoist from Guixi. It is to compile and collect books on the rare ways of escaping birds, and to compile them in preparation for military occupation. Completed in Chongzhen Jimao, with Yang Tingshu as the preface. Ji Mao, also in the twelfth year of Chongzhen. The atmosphere of the flow of time is scorching, and the temple owner is appeasing, while the grass is competing to discuss military affairs. Even outsiders are showing off their skills, relying on the transmission of information from outsiders.
The saying of “Fu Tian Shi” can be found in the book “Mencius”, and it also belongs to the old text of “Gu Xu Wang Xiang”. During the rise and fall of Zhou and Zhou, the same main branch; I will perish there, it is difficult to distinguish between good and bad. Military and political affairs are not regulated, but rules and regulations are used to seek victory or defeat through small techniques.
