宣永光，河北省滦县城内南街人，笔名“疯话老宣”，世人常呼为“老宣”，民国时期著名文学家，是继鲁迅之后中国最著名的杂文作家之一，被称为中国现代文坛的“春秋魔笔”，现代史上的“疯妄鬼才”曾先后出版《妄谈》《疯话》两部作品，其内容穿越古今、无所不及，对男女、家庭、婚姻等问题的分析鞭辟入里，对社会、官场、人生的见解也是辛辣犀利。老宣也因其独特的思想和写作风格，与李宗吾并称为中国文坛的两位奇人怪杰。
