《圆明园四十景图咏》，是根据乾隆皇帝的旨意，于乾隆九年（1744年）由宫廷画师唐岱等绘制而成的40幅分景图。四十景图为绢本彩绘，各幅分别附有工部尚书汪由敦所书乾隆《四十景对题诗》，字体一律为大臣奏章所用的宫廷管和体。全图咏分为上下两册，奉旨正式安设于圆明园奉三无私殿呈览，人称殿本彩图。
The Forty Scenes of the Old Summer Palace was painted by Tang Dai, a court painter, in the ninth year of Qianlong’s reign (1744), according to the will of Emperor Qianlong. The forty scenes are painted in silk. Each of them is accompanied by Qianlong’s “Poems on Forty Scenes” written by Wang Youdun, Minister of the Ministry of Works. All the fonts are palace tubes and styles used by ministers to memorialize. The whole picture is divided into two volumes. It was formally installed in the Fengsan Selfless Hall of the Old Summer Palace, known as the original color picture of the hall.
