《精武传统螳螂拳术》是2010年6月1日由上海辞书出版社出版的图书，作者是张建方。本书主要讲述了螳螂拳的历史及现有套路。
螳螂拳是象形拳术的一种。它模拟螳螂遇敌时所的各种攻防动作，结合猿猴灵活敏捷的步子创编而成。
本书作者张建方先生是精武会著名武术名家罗光玉先生的三传弟子，曾随沈祖安先生、俞云福先生、曹根福先生、丁学伟先生等习练过螳螂拳，还曾随崆峒派掌门人燕飞霞先生练习螳螂枪、剑和花架拳等。张先生习练螳螂拳多年，对螳螂拳的历史及现状，以及螳螂拳的各种套路的练习方法十分熟悉。本书必将推动螳螂拳相关的研究和推广。
张建方，男，1950年出生，上海市人。20世纪60年代初，随螳螂拳名家丁儒侠先生的弟子赵本财、曹根福、俞云福、丁学伟等诸位老师习练螳螂拳；70年代开始习练杨式太极长拳、形意八卦掌和崆峒派武功；70年代末至80年代，长期随刘德林老师学习王壮飞大师所传的“尹氏宫式八卦”。 1985年，在《武林》杂志发表《梅花螳螂拳连环拳》。 2006年，参加香港国际武术节，获男子中年组象形拳亚军，同时获八卦刀术和太极拳术两项亚军。同年5月，参加浙江省太极拳、械比赛，获“杨氏活步太极拳”、“太极剑”、“太极刀”、“太极十三枪”四个项目的奖牌。8月，参加浙江国际传统武术大奖赛，获八卦拳、刀，太极拳、枪，六合大刀和螳螂拳比赛优胜奖牌。 2007年3月，代表精武体育总会武术队再次赴香港参加大奖赛，获螳螂拳比赛金牌。参赛的“宫宝田八卦双刀”被列为最有价值的传统武术套路，收入大赛影视资料。

Zhang Jianfang, male, born in 1950 in Shanghai. In the early 1960s, I practiced Northern Praying Mantis boxing with Zhao Bencai, Cao Genfu, Yu Yunfu, Ding Xuewei and other teachers who were disciples of the famous Northern Praying Mantis master Ding Ruxia; In the 1970s, he began to practice Yang style Taijichangquan, Xingyi Baguazhang and Kongtong School martial arts; From the late 1970s to the 1980s, I studied the “Yin Palace style Eight Trigrams” passed down by Master Wang Zhuangfei with Teacher Liu Delin for a long time. In 1985, he published “Plum Blossom Northern Praying Mantis Chain Fist” in Wulin magazine. In 2006, he participated in the Hong Kong International Martial Arts Festival and won the runner up in the men’s middle-aged group pictographic boxing, as well as two runner ups in Bagua Sabre and Tai Chi boxing. In May of the same year, he participated in the Taijiquan and weapon competitions in Zhejiang Province and won medals in four events, namely, “Yang’s walking Taijiquan”, “Taijijian”, “Taijidao”, and “Thirteen Guns of Taijiquan”. In August, he participated in the Zhejiang International Traditional Wushu Grand Prix and won medals in Bagua Boxing, Dao, Taijiquan, Gun, Liuhe Dagao and Northern Praying Mantis. In March 2007, on behalf of the martial arts team of the Jingwu Sports Federation, he went to Hong Kong again to participate in the grand prix and won the gold medal of the Northern Praying Mantis competition. The participating “Gongbaotian Bagua Double Blades” was listed as the most valuable traditional martial arts routine and included in the competition’s film and television materials.
