《戳脚拳秘谱》是2009年3月中国社会出版社出版的图书，作者是玉昆子。
自宋朝已形成，盛行于清代，在中国北方盛行，故被誉为「北腿」的代表拳种。戳脚拳分文武趟子拳：武趟子即戳脚，文趟子即翻子拳。武趟子是手脚并重突出腿法；文趟子是手脚并重突出手法、身法，形成不同的风格特点。
戳脚拳是中国古老拳种之一。自宋代中国传统武术分门立户为四大名门：赤、伯、蠢、温；十大拳种：洪、留、枝、名、磨、弹、查、炮、花、龙。经历代拳师继承和发展，去粗取精，发展成为现代中华武术多拳种多流派百花争艳的新局面。戳脚拳属温家流派，称枝子门，是十大拳种之一，属少林宗法。
玉昆子道长，生于全真龙门派武道家庭，俗名韩超。　六岁起，跟随祖父著名武术家铁臂沱南侠韩其昌先生系统地学习了梅花桩拳、少林拳、杨式太极拳及形意拳，至今已有三十余年（道教全真派内分文道和武道，梅花桩拳隶属于全真龙门派，即武道）。　玉昆子道长在练功三十余年中，非常重视武学中“道”的深刻内涵（以前属于龙门派永字辈居士），现成为龙门派道士并任北京市武术协会梅花桩拳研究会副会长，北京市道教协会常务理事，梅花桩拳派第十八代掌门人，被国家体育总局武术运动管理中心、中国武术协会授予武术六段称号，还曾担任过海南省武警边防部队武术教练。　玉昆子道长酷爱古琴艺术，现今正在挖掘整理古琴、瑟、箫、木鱼、磬等乐器组合的道教题材的曲目，并成立了玉昆子道家音乐五人组，担任组长。近年来玉昆子道长在武道与古琴艺术方面广收门徒，志在弘扬道家精神，把道家文化推向世界。
The Secret Manual of Poking Fist “is a book published by China Social Publishing House in March 2009, written by Yu Kunzi.

It has been formed since the Song Dynasty and was popular in the Qing Dynasty. It was popular in northern China and is therefore known as the representative type of fist known as the “Northern Leg”. Puncture Fist is divided into Wenwu Tanzi Fist: Wuzi refers to Puncture Fist, and Wentanzi refers to Fanzi Fist. Wutanzi emphasizes both hands and feet to highlight leg techniques; Wen Tanzi emphasizes both hands and feet to highlight techniques and body movements, forming different style characteristics.

Poking Fist is one of the ancient Chinese boxing styles. Since the Song Dynasty, traditional Chinese martial arts have been divided into four major schools: Chi, Bo, Dou, and Wen; Top Ten Fist Types: Hong, Liu, Zhi, Ming, Mo, Tan, Cha, Pao, Hua, and Long. Through the inheritance and development of modern Chinese martial arts masters, removing the coarse and extracting the fine, it has developed into a new situation where multiple types and schools of martial arts compete for beauty. Punk Foot Fist belongs to the Wen family school, known as Zhizimen, and is one of the top ten martial arts genres, belonging to the Shaolin lineage.

Taoist Priest Yu Kunzi was born in a Quanzhen Dragon Gate Taoism Sect martial arts family, commonly known as Han Chao. At the age of six, he has systematically studied Meihuaquan, Shaolin, Yang-style t’ai chi ch’uan and Xingyi Boxing with his grandfather, Mr. Han Qichang, a famous martial artist Tiebrachituonan Xia. It has been more than 30 years since he was six years old (Quanzhen Sect of Taoism is divided into Wendao and Wudao, and Meihuaquan belongs to Quanzhen Dragon Sect, that is, Wudao). Taoist Priest Yu Kunzi has attached great importance to the profound connotation of “Tao” in martial arts (formerly a member of the Yongzi generation of the Dragon Gate Taoism) in his more than 30 years of practice. Now he is a Taoist of the Longmen Sect and the vice-chairman of the Meihuaquan Boxing Research Association of the Beijing Wushu Association, the executive director of the Beijing Taoist Association, and the 18th generation leader of the Meihuaquan Boxing School. He has been awarded the title of “Six Sections of Wushu” by the Wushu Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China and the Chinese Wushu Association, I have also served as a martial arts coach for the Hainan Provincial Armed Police Border Defense Force. Taoist Priest Yukunzi is passionate about the art of guqin. Currently, he is exploring and organizing Taoist themed repertoire composed of instruments such as guqin, zither, xiao, wooden fish, and chime, and has established the Yukunzi Taoist Music Five Person Group as the team leader. In recent years, Taoist Priest Yukunzi has widely recruited disciples in martial arts and guqin art, aiming to promote the spirit of Taoism and promote Taoist culture to the world.
