范冠华，在校中学生。其7岁随父范克平学练传统武术且尤以桶子炼丹之赤凤髓、白龙丸及神化五毒见长。曾参加过由国家体育总局人民体育音像出版社《中华武术展现工程》系列教学片《中央国述馆传统武术科目精选套路》VCD的拍摄；其作品《百岁红军女战士的武术传奇》、《将军的书画缘》、《文武兼备的老八路》等人物专访在国内省级刊物连载后受到军、内外离休老干部及关心下一代协会的好评并被相关单位视为“对青少年进行革命传统教育的良好题材”。范克平，1955年2月24习生于浙江杭州。祖籍山东寿光。家庭出身革命军人。1971年2月拜旧时国立南京中央国术馆一等教习罗玉学练传统武术（拳术与兵器）；1973年春经解放军南京军区副司令员兼中共安徽省委第一书记钱钧将军亲自推荐，拜武当派太和门第十二代传艺先生、旧时国立南京中央国术馆执行董事兼顾问李松如学文习武达10年整，从丽掌握了内家武当派软、硬、轻功与特绝技四大功种的全盘完整功法及拳术兵器、本草采集、伤科诊疗等一系列的武艺精华。1981年初，南京市拟恢复市级武术运动协会。范克不以其文武兼备的特长从众多的侯选人中脱颖而出名列第一，从而被直接调入南京市体委机关工作并主管该市武术协会。1988年到1992年，范克平先后在中国、日本国的多家出版社正式出版过个人专著44本与教学类录像带、碟片14件（盒）。新华社曾为范克平发过7次专稿；《人民日报海外版》、中央人民广播电台、《中国日报》、《瞭望周刊海外版》、《中国体育报》、《美州华侨日报》等100余家中、外报刊为其发过人物专访（介绍）。范克平现为南京中华传统武术产业集团董事长兼总经理、南京将军书画院院长、南京太和门装饰工程有限公司董事长兼总经理并兼任南京新河文化艺术中心顾问等职。
