在現代生活中，「工作」恐怕是每個人最關心的議題，主要原因在於現代人的工作時間都很長，即使下了班，腦子裡頭想的也常常都是工作。
星圖中的六宮與十宮都跟職場生活息息相關，六宮是每天日常生活要做的例行公事，十宮是站在眾人目光下的事業舞台，這兩件事情彼此和諧，可以彼此互助。此外，水星、智神星、木星與土星這四顆星也跟職場生活有很大的關聯。水星是個人的心智能力；智神星是我們與他人溝通時的心智能力；木星是社會資源，從木星可以看出一個人在什麼樣的領域可以遇到貴人與好事；而土星代表了社會現實，從土星可以看出一個人在什麼領域會受到現實的打擊，進而對這些領域格外審慎、格外堅持。

除了大家熟知的作家、媒體人及文化推動者身分之外，她也是藝文圈中最受重視的占星學大師。二〇〇三年起她在金石堂金石書院（現龍顏講堂）開設占星課程，由於口耳相傳、好評不斷，課程一直持續到二〇一〇年才劃下休止符。「韓良露占星學院」期望能藉由文字重現八年來四百多堂課中精彩、動人且充滿智慧的上課盛況，邀請大家一同分享與命運對話的喜悅。
